Eva has been very helpful as I needed some help finding someone that I could trust to remove my pool and some more constructions that the town hall had decided needed to go. The pool that needed to go was not actually freestanding so I needed someone that knew what they were doing and we could trust them. Eva sent us someone that she said we could trust. I have to say that she was correct! Baltasar came when he said that he would, He was never late and nothing was to much, he also cleaned up after he left. Eva was great when my partner had is phone stolen while on holiday in Majorca , came to the police station with us and was our translator so that we could get all the correct forms to take home for insurances to claim back , she was there over an hour helping run through what happened brilliant job couldn’t of done it with out her. Eva was the agent who sold me the house and guided me through the various legal and financial procedures that this entailed.Since the house consisted of only the roof and walls, the building needed to be completed. I employed Eva as a construction manager, in which capacity she provided language translation services, located the builders and oversaw the building process itself, acting as a liason between the many workers and agents concerned in the project and myself. She fulfilled this role with great professionalism and integrity. Since the house has been built, it has been made available by us as a holiday let. Eva has been the manager of this enterprise and has been outstandingly efficient at all times, both in her interactions with our guests and in the many tasks this entails, including meeting the guests and overseeing the cleaning, as well as ensuring that the maintenance of the house and garden is kept to the highest standards.
