Casa de Suenos is down a private gated drive in a peaceful part of Crestatx, an up-market residential area just a few minutes drive from Pollenca. The villa has 3 double bedrooms all en-suite and with built in wardrobes. The villa is all on one level which is especially good for children. The property has a fully enclosed gated garden with grassed areas for children to play, and also benefits from a south facing pool and terrace but also areas of shade.
Lovely covered terrace, fabulous for alfresco dining, and near the purpose built bar be que.
Garden and pool are both south facing, so in the sun all day long, this makes a huge difference to the pool temperature.
