I have had a working relationship with Eva Burns since 2007. Reached via motorway from the airport and Palma in just 30 mins drive. And you reach the northern beaches within 15mins. This is the ideal home for a family get away and experience the authentic majorcan way of life in woderful traditional village.when I purchased a half built house in Campanet. Eva was the agent who sold me the house and guided me through the various legal and financial procedures that this entailed.Since the house consisted of only the roof and walls, the building needed to be completed. I employed Eva as a construction manager, in which capacity she provided language translation services, located the builders and oversaw the building process itself, acting as a liason between the many workers and agents concerned in the project and myself. She fulfilled this role with great professionalism and integrity. Since the house has been built, it has been made available by us as a holiday let. Eva has been the manager of this enterprise and has been outstandingly efficient at all times, both in her interactions with our guests and in the many tasks this entails, including meeting the guests and overseeing the cleaning, as well as ensuring that the maintenance of the house and garden is kept to the highest standards. In the ten years that we have had a professional relationship, Eva has been a pleasure to work with. She has a wide range of local knowledge, which she has used on my behalf.
